“ We were booked for a Cocktail Masterclass. Alejandro, who took the class, was outstanding. The cocktails were fabulous and he was very knowledgeable. It was a pity where we situated as customers were trying to order drinks whist he was taking the class, but that was due to customer ignorance not due to the staff. All the staff were fantastic and the communication was brilliant when making the original booking. Although 1812 don't allow hen parties, they allowed us to wear our cowboy hats until after the masterclass, which we understood as they are wanting to keep their standards up. We ate in the restaurant, Oishii, where the food was absolutely delicious. Thanks again for making it a memorable afternoon. ”
